Children's Ministry

Christine Siordia, Pastor to Children and Their Families

The mission of Children’s Ministries at Waynesburg Church of the Nazarene is to train children in righteousness and prepare them to become Christ-like disciples. We are a Great Commission church. As a global community of faith, we are driven to take the Good News of Jesus to people everywhere and to spread the message of scriptural holiness throughout the world. We exist to have fellowship with other believers, worship together, study the scriptures, seek out an effective relationship with God and bring the good news of Jesus to others within our family, community and world.

Children, 2 years through 5th grade have designated classes where they learn Bible stories and specific foundations to help develop their Christian walk.  The Children have a worship service geared to their learning which includes music, singing, puppets and preaching.  Camp, VBS, Salt & Light Stick Ministry, Puppets, Bible Quizzing, and many other opportunities are available for the children to get involved and develop a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ.
